Affiliate

The Governors is a company in formation and operates as a temporary brand while we establish its legal entity. It will become an affiliate of Juvo BV once incorporated. During this transition, Juvo BV remains responsible for data processing in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Applicant data: For the duration of the hiring process and if you consent for 1 year after a negative decision
  • Website analytics data: Up to 2 years
  • Marketing data: Data processed with your consent is retained as long as your consent is valid and not withdrawn
  • Contact inquiries: 1 year unless follow-up is needed
